General Rules
- Full face mask required
- All players must be 19 years of age or older, as of December 31st of the current playing season, (some exceptions may be made).
- Some hockey experience required
- Slap shots will be allowed
- No limit on goals per player per game
- Teams must have a minimum of 7 players + goalie or else default – no exceptions
